As props designer for One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, I used the following spreadsheets to keep track of props production.
This props list was based off a document a fellow student generously shared with me. I tweaked the layout and information according to what I thought was best suited. It was regularly updated so that others on the production team could easily look up the status of props.
Operating on a small budget, this list was kept simple. I used it to propose my needs and budget to the technical director. It was also used to keep track of spending.
